ISAIAH 55:1-2 “COME, ALL WHO ARE THIRSTY, COME TO THE WATERS, …WHY SPEND MONEY ON WHAT IS NOT BREAD, AND YOUR LABOR ON WHAT DOES NOT SATISFY? LISTEN, LISTEN TO ME.”
Have you ever had a time in your life where nothing seemed to go well for you? A time when you were going through the motions but just not satisfied with life? According to Isaiah, speaking for God, the reason was SOMETHING WAS MISSING! When we don’t acknowledge God as part of our lives, if we don’t recognize and thank him when things go well, life soon becomes disconnected from purpose. Take Isaiah’s words as a reminder. Make time to LISTEN to God’s guidance through scripture and by asking for wisdom to understand where the events of life are leading and what they are telling you.
