PSALM 36:7,9 “HOW PRECIOUS IS YOUR UNFAILING LOVE…FOR WITH YOU IS THE FOUNTAIN OF LIFE; IN YOUR LIGHT WE SEE LIGHT.”
The psalmist frequently mediates on how dependent all of us are on God’s love. I contend that while one can have a decent life without God, since we are made in God’s image, the FULLEST LIFE comes with drinking from the FOUNTAIN of ideas and feelings God’s spirit imbues in us. We see MOST clearly where we need to go and how to get there. That short sentence says so much, “IN YOUR LIGHT WE SEE LIGHT.”
