POWER POST FOR THE WEEK
I know you’re busy but here’s your SPIRIT inspired POWER POST guaranteed to help you through the week:

PROVERBS 11:2 “THE GENEROUS PROSPER AND ARE SATISFIED. THOSE WHO REFRESH OTHERS WILL THEMSELVES BE REFRESHED.”

I like to think this proverb speaks about a LAW valid in human nature. It’s not just that God blesses the kind hearted and generous. It appears He set up the world so that automatically a kind and generous deed INHERENTLY COMES BACK to the initiator. The world is SO STRUCTURED. That’s why in all cultures, whether they know about Jesus and the Almighty or not, this LAW prevails. And why is generosity is important? The Bible maintains generosity REFRESHES others. In a rather cruel world a generous action refreshes and inspires the recipient but also the instigator. Think of a cold drink on a hot day in the sun. We can thus effect others and self. Fortunately most cultures have discovered this principle but Jesus’ followers stress it continuously.
