LUKE 11:12-3 ” WHICH OF YOU FATHERS, IF YOUR SON ASKS FOR A FISH WILL GIVE HIM A SNAKE INSTEAD? IF YOU THEN, THOUGH YOU ARE EVIL, KNOW HOW TO GIVE GOOD GIFTS TO YOUR CHILDREN, HOW MUCH MORE WILL YOUR FATHER IN HEAVEN.”
Based on Jesus words, I’m amazed that any believer thinks God intentionally orders suffering as a trial for anyone. That ‘s the furthest thing from any father’s mind. God allows but does not cause pain. Hardship is a consequence of living in an imperfect world. God wants the best for all of us.
